Data Fiduciary declaration: Ankuram Tuition Centre, operated by Swastik Sahal, is the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act 2023.

- Phone number (via WhatsApp or call)
- Email address (if you choose to provide it)
- Child’s name, grade, and school board
- Academic performance details shared during or in connection with the diagnostic test
- Website usage data (via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity), such as pages viewed and approximate location inferred by analytics tools
We do not use this website to collect payment card numbers. Fees are agreed and paid outside this site (for example via UPI), as explained when you book.
Purpose of data collection
We use personal data only for clear, lawful purposes connected to our tuition services and this website:
- Scheduling and administering diagnostic tests
- Preparing personalised diagnostic reports
- Communicating about classes, fees, schedules, and your child’s progress
- Improving website experience and measuring advertising effectiveness (analytics)

By contacting us via WhatsApp or phone (or by otherwise providing your details in connection with an enquiry or booking), you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes stated in this policy.
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@ankuramtuition.com. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue classes or communication where processing is necessary to deliver the service you have requested.
Third-party tools and processors
We use the following services; each may process limited data according to its own terms and privacy notice:

Children’s data
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 18 through this website. All routine communication is with the parent or guardian.
Diagnostic test results and related academic information are shared only with the parent or guardian who booked the assessment, unless the law requires otherwise.
Data retention
- Contact information: retained while you (or your child) are enrolled with us, and for 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate operational need (for example ongoing fee or dispute records).
- Diagnostic reports: retained for 24 months unless you ask for earlier deletion and we can comply without breaking legal or operational obligations.
- Analytics data: retained as described in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity documentation (including their default retention windows).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No online transmission or storage is completely risk-free.
