Terms of Service

These Terms govern your enrolment with Ankuram ("we", "us", "our") for Class 8 tuition services at our Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad centre.

1. Services

• Diagnostic Assessment — a 60-minute paid assessment (₹750) covering Class 7 Maths foundational topics. Includes a written report and a 1-on-1 parent feedback call.
• Class 8 Maths — Fine Basics track — founder-led Class 8 Maths, 3 classes per week, 60 minutes per class. ₹8,000 per month.
• Class 8 Maths — Weak Basics track — founder-led Class 8 Maths with Class 6–7 gap repair, 3 classes per week, 90 minutes per class. ₹10,000 per month.
• We are a Class 8 Maths-only centre. We do not teach Science, English, Hindi, Social Studies, third language or any other subject. We do not offer coaching for any other class.

2. Fees and payment

• The Diagnostic Assessment fee (₹750) is payable before the assessment and is non-refundable.
• Tuition fees are payable monthly in advance.
• No registration charges.
• Fees are subject to revision with 30 days' notice.

3. Cancellation and refund

• You may cancel enrolment at any time by giving 7 days' written notice.
• Fees paid for the current month are not refunded after the 5th of the month.
• If a class is cancelled by us, it will be rescheduled or pro-rated against the next month's fee.

4. Attendance and make-up classes

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
• If a student misses a class, make-up options are subject to teacher and batch availability within their enrolled format (offline, online, or hybrid). Cross-format attendance for individual sessions is not offered.

5. Conduct

• Respectful behaviour is expected from students, parents, and staff at all times.
• We reserve the right to discontinue services in cases of repeated misconduct, with proportionate refund of unused fees.

6. Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All study material, worksheets, and recordings provided by Ankuram are for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled student. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

We are committed to delivering quality tuition, but academic outcomes depend on multiple factors including the student's effort and external circumstances. We do not guarantee specific marks or grades. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which a dispute arose.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
